Mchadi - corn flour breads

Corn flake bread - mchadi - comes from Imereti region of Georgia. Soil there was not good enough for sowing wheat so people who live there focused on corn. Mchadi is still more popular in western part of country.

Corn flower is very good for health - it helps to clean gastrointestinal, contains lots of vitamins and is gluten free.

How to make mchadi? Easy.
1. Take corn flour (we had around 1 kg) and mix it with water, till dough will be very soft.
2. Make small mchadis in an oval shape.
3. Fry them on very hot pan with fair amount of oil till they will have golden-brownish colour.
4. Set them to cool.

Have fun! :)

Batumi. That city made me crazy with positive emotions that year! And then i met her, in the street, and that connection was little bit weak to continue but we didn't stop and now we are together, like nothing really can stop our relationship and it's great!
ME-Little bit eccentric guy, always ready for making decisions 5 minutes before, especially about traveling.
HER-Very warm with too much attention. Always ready to do anything for us to stay and be together!
US- Unbreakable, Always searching for something new and fond of traveling!

P.S. I am really thankful for nature and God we are together.

Who we are and what we do

Magda

I'm 26, sometimes I look like I'm 20 and usually I act like I'm 5. At one moment I'm a walking mess and 10 seconds later I'm perfectly organized. Realist looking at the world through pink glasses.

I'm creative and ambitious woman, I have a lot of ideas about my future. I love doing new things and trying to conquer my fears. I'm a very active person. I like all kinds of sports, from playing volleyball to ice skating, and from taking self defence classes to dancing salsa with friends.

I'm a vegetarian. I like cooking and trying new dishes. I'm a bookworm - I read everything from encyclopedia to leaflet ;) I also like traveling, exploring new places and hitchhiking.

Don't be mistaken, I am not Georgian. I'm just a Polish girl who lives here temporary :)

In alphabetical order I am interested in: culture, dancing, having fun, hitchhiking, human rights, krav maga, multiculturalism, music, philosophy, postcrossing, reading, road trips and traveling.

Movies: not too much. But usually horror, fantasy or documetary.
As to TV - volleyball. I'm a big fan of polish national team and team from my city - Delecta Bydgoszcz. C:

Music: anything that I like. Mostly rock and metal but I also like opera, reggae and folk.

Books: I like fantasy books - for me it's a good way to clear my mind after some philosophical stuff. I also like documentary books. And horrors :) I have a list of 100 books I really want to read but everytime I reach out for a book from the list I get distracted by other boks - new fantasy one from my favourite publisher or book my friend is recommending or so... There are just too many books I'd like to read.

 Types of people I enjoy:

*open-minded; the key is to try understand other person

*respecting others; because every human being is born free and equal in dignity and rights

*fun-loving 'cause you can't take live too seriously C:
